work out wednesday

Since my doctor will no longer let me run due to some Anemia I have been experienceing, I have had to do other things to get in my cardio. Of course nothing compares to running but gotta take a break. So I broke things up a bit to get through it today
30 min apex trainer
20 min elliptical
10 minutes treadmill

followed by
500 squats
500 leg extensions
36 push ups
