I am starting Insanity this week, not sure how long it will last but I'm going to give it a shot.
I have been really good for the past few days about my diet. I have went back to a food journal, this has always helped me in the past. I write down the foods that I ate and the amount of calories involved, then I know how many I have left for the day.
So far I am down to pumping only once a day, and VERY soon I am going to try and skip a day and see how that goes, I am so done with this pump.. Im pretty sure Im ready to chuck it out the window, however it's been a love hate relationship... and has been a huge part of my life for almost a year, so it will be bitter sweet to see the nursing/pumping stage come to an end for us.
We have been trying to get the pool as much as possible this week, my girl is a fish.. and loves the water so much!
I have been snapping some photos of the healthy recipes I have been trying so I can post them all for you!

Good luck with Insanity! I did it last spring, loved it. But it was hard for sure. Lost weight but then gained it back after I finished! :( I think my body wasn't used to such intense activity and then got used to it, but then when I stopped it was not happy! But I enjoyed it. Helps to have a hot guy yelling at your to WORK! :)
I think I'm done pumping as well. I went 3 days and then I had some really sore lumps so I pumped on Saturday once and I've felt pretty good since then. I think I might be done.
I heard that work out if crazy hard. You go girl! Work it!
what kind of phone do you have? My I phone has a great app called my fitness pal - you add in everything you eat and it counts your calorie
intake and lets you enter your exercise to show how much you've burned and then the end of the night tells you what you'll weight in 6 weeks. I'm not good at the whole work out and healthy eating but this helps - you can also use the site on your PC.
I hear ya on the pump - I'm down to twice a day and I still just feel like a prisoner to it...only 3 more months for me! Can't wait for you to share your healthy recipes...I need some good ones:)
