A healthy day

Breakfast
Dannon light & fit strawberry yogurt, 1/4 C unsweetened apple sauce, decaf black tea
Lunch
Subway veggie delight salad, fresh cut apples
Dinner
Turkey & veggie meatloaf, low cal garlic bread, broccoli, green beans
Topped off with a two mile walk on the trail with my love!

Nice:) Just watch all the fake "substitutes" for sugars etc. while you're preggo...it's just chemicals (like aspartame, equal etc.) Real, natural sugar is better for you & the baby!
