Peanut Butter Fudge

I made this recipe for a memorial service luncheon they were having at our church
Because it has dairy in it I can't tell you how it is since I couldn't try it..
However.... I heard it was really good.. if you try it let me know how it tastes
It was SUPER easy to make!

Peanut Butter Fudge

1/2 cup butter
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

Oh my, that looks incredibly tasty and really does sound so easy. I have a sweet treat linky party going on at my blog until tomorrow night and I'd like to invite you to stop by and link your fudge up. http://sweet-as-sugar-cookies.blogspot.com/2011/02/sweets-for-saturday-5.html
