Weight Watchers Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients:
1 C. Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
1/2 C. Skim Milk
1/4 C. Egg Substitute
2 C. Frozen Mixed Veggies
2 C. Cooked Chicken Breast, Chopped
2 Cans Reduced-Fat, Reduced-Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Spray Casserole Dish
3.Mix Veggies, Chicken, and Soup... pour into dish
4. In another bowl mix Bisquick, Milk, and Eggs.. pour over dish
5. Bake for 30 min until crust is golden
4 servings - 223 calories/serving
