I am stuck at the same weight, its been 3 weeks.. I am following a strict 1200 calorie diet, working out, doing the 300 ab challenge, lifting, and lots of strength training.. and NOTHING...
I have even cut out my cheat day, I live for my cheat day, but if I want to see the scale move, then I gotta do it I guess.
I remember hitting this same plateau a few years back on my first weight loss journey, and I remembered having to increase my calories to see a loss, but I was running almost 5 miles a day then (before being a mommy) because I had the time.. now I can only get about 3 maybe 4 runs in a week.
Has anyone tried B12 injections? Please comment if you have, a friend of mine did and she told me it got her right over the hump she was stuck on, but also made her heart race. I would love any info that you may have.

It's true.. I gave it up
Well as the old saying goes, all good things must come to an end..
I have given up CLOTH DIAPERING

I'm sure you all may be gasping since I was such a big advocate so I have listed my reasons:
When I first started I had a top loading washing machine the kind you could throw all of the diapers in and let them soak over night, I developed a pattern of how I would do it, then hang them to dry and it was working out well. Then we got new W&D stackable front loading.. you know the kind that don't really use any water LOL.
I still felt like a needed them to soak so I started putting them in the bathtub with water, (this was at our old house, with only one bathroom) that caused a bit of a problem, when I would forget, and somebody needed to bathe.
More recently Emmaline was constantly getting rashes, so I began the stripping process and that would clear it up for a while, and then it would return. As soon as I put her in disposables it would go away.
Once my photography business really picked up I found myself having a hard enough time just washing our clothes let alone the cloth, and then there were the few times I left the wet bag in the car with diapers for a few days...
All in all, while we had a great time doing it, disposables just seem more convenient for us right now, so thats what we have switched too.

The insanity of it all
However there will be no Insanity involved !!!!
I thought I would do an update as to my workout, and healthy eating plans.... I have just been asked to be a coach & captain for a local Biggest loser competition, I will be recording the contestants weight, and revealing them to the group as well as working with different contestant if they need it, on workouts, and meal plans... I am very excited!!!!!
I am back to running a few times a week, our new neighborhood has great running trails, and I am on day 20 of the "300-ab challenge, 30 days to a rock solid core" which I have noticed a HUGE difference in my abs, lines, definition, tone, and muscles have all appeared .... I even have hip lines now!!!!!
I am also doing a "fit test yourself strong challenge" in which each day you increase the reps you were able to do on certain exercises from the day before to get to 50...
Currently-
Squats 50
push ups 16
dips 15
sit ups 35
plank 1.5 mins
I am still counting calories on *myfitnesspal* love that app!!!!
right now I start every morning with a meal replacement protein shake, along with Advocare's Spark, and catalyst.... their products are amazing and I can see them working!!!!

I'm really alive...
I know, I know.... That was WAY longer than a 1 month break... but I needed it. I had things to get in order, we were moving, resigning from a full time position at my job, to take a much more backseat part time, My photography business has picked up.. so much so that I have been shooting about 5 sessions a week. LOVE IT.
I finished the 24 day challenge, and have vowed to healthier, leaner, more fit ME.... Not trying to be skinny but fit!!!!
Last weekend I weighed in and hit another rewardable goal, how awesome that felt!!!!!
I am planning to get back on the blog train.. not every day.. but way more then once a quarter!!!!
And remember that tiny little girl, that all of these photos show... well ......
